Before cleaning your COMBEKK pan allow the pan to cool down slowly. Never plunge the hot pan in cold water! Once it's cooled down, wash it by hand (using only a nylon scourer if necessary) and a mild detergent. You can leave baked-on food to soak in warm water. Dry the pan thoroughly and rub a drop of oil around the inside to keep the enamel in good condition. Store the pan, using the protection clips between the lid and the pan, in a dry place.
