Shipment and Returns

Shipment

Shipping available worldwide and shipments over € 120 are free (only in NL).

Timing

We do our utmost to deliver your order at the agreed time, but we cannot always guarantee this. If the delivery time is unexpectedly exceeded, you will be notified by e-mail.

Delivery

  • All goods are send form The Netherlands, delivery time will vary according to the recipients location.
  • Track and Trace code will be provided through email once the shipment is dispatched.
  • All items will be shipped within two working day's.
  • Contact customer service via the contact form if the track and trace code is not received within two working day's after the order is placed.


Expedited Shipping

Please contact us for special deliveries and the possibilities around expedited shipping.

Returns

Returns are possible to 30 day's after purchase, undamaged and in original packaging. Shipping cost for returns/exchanges due to non-defect reasons (i.e. wrong size, color, no longer desired) will be the responsibility of the customer. Items bought from retailers should be returned/exchanged at the place of purchase.


Damaged in shipping?

When a delivery is damaged please contact us through the contact form. Please take a picture of the damage to the packaging and/or the product so customer service can asses the damage.


How to return an item

Returns form the webshop should be send back in original packaging. When returning for warranty reasons pack the product carefully. Please send a heads up to our customer service team that your product is on its way!
