800 g fresh tomatoes -the best you can get- and that’s it!
1. Peel
Cut a cross in the bottom of the tomatoes and poach them for 1 minute. Take off the tomatoes skin and cut them in 4 pieces.
2. Boil & Mix
Put the tomato's in your COMBEKK Dutch Oven to boil for 15 minutes. Bled the tomatoes until smooth. Add salt and pepper to the soup to taste
#COMBEKKTip: The secret of a perfect tomato soup is blending it until the soup is very smooth. Use a good stick mixer or bender and blend it well for at least 5 minutes.
