Spinach Tosti

Toasties for lunch or an easy diner 

Spinach Tosti







  • 200 g goat cheese
  • A loaf of bread 
  • 300 g fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • A side of your choice


1. Prepare
Slice a loaf of bread into 2 or 3 cm slices depending on your preference. Slice the goat cheese to put on a piece of bread. Mash the avocado en fold through the chopped spinach. Put a good spoon full on the cheese Finish with salt and pepper and put on the second slice of bread. Repeat these steps withe the other tosti's.

2. Fry the Tosti's
Heat up butter in the COMBEKK Fry Pan over medium high heat and place two tosti's into the Fry Pan. Wait until the bottom has seared and turned brown, flip the tosti and do the same for the other side.
