1. Pop
Pour oil in the Dutch Oven with one kernel over medium heat. As soon as the kernel pops, add the rest of the popcorn, cover with a lid and wait until all the kernels popped.
2. Flavor
Put the popcorn into a large bowl. Pour the melted butter, the grated Parmesan, ras el hanout and salt over the popcorn and shake the bowl to mix everything well. Add 1 teaspoon of ras el hanout or more for a stronger taste.
