Pan Fried Potatoes

Home made fried potatoes are the best. The secret is placing them in the pan with te cut side down so it will turn golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 500 g crumbly potatoes
  • 50 g clarified butter
  • Butter
  • Course salt


Preparation

1. Boil
Boil the potatoes until cooked. Drain and let them steam untill completely dry. Cut in 1 cm slices.

2. Bake
Bake the potatoes in clarified butter.  When they are golden brown, add a few nobs of regular butter so your baked potatoes will have a beurre noisette flavour

3. Serve
Serve the potatoes sprinkled with fresh salt and (home made!) mayonaise.
